Cleaning Procedures
The Jade Estate Inn is committed to the safety and well-being of our guests. We understand that travel plays an important role in our lives and know that the current environment has affected how you make your travel decisions. We would like to personally reassure you that we have implemented health and safety measures, as suggested by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
We have instituted cleaning, disinfection and safety protocol that includes the following:
- Disinfectant recommended by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention to treat known pathogens will be used to disinfect all guest rooms, public areas and items.
- Each guest room will be treated using disinfection techniques prior to check-in, as will room keys and all other devices such as remote controls.
- Housekeeping has resumed the normal daily guest room cleaning routine.
Breakfast
You may choose to dine in our dining room socially-distanced betweem 8:30am – 9:30am.
- Contactless coffee service at our Allegan, Michigan lodging is available at all times.
- The In-Room Keurig (Zoe Room only) has been sanitized.
Flexible Policies
Book with confidence! All stays can be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival and receive either:
- A full refund for your deposit, minus a $25 processing fee.
- A gift certificate valid for one year.
